On Friday, April 25- 7pm-8:15pm we invite you to a yoga experience so relaxing, even your stress will need a nap. This journey of self-discovery and inner peace will be guided by Yoga Educator Lisa Werny, alongside the mesmerizing sounds of New Age electric violinist and composer Caryn Lin.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or still figuring out which way is downward dog, this class is for you.

Why Just Stretch When You Can Stretch to Live Music?

This unique blend of yoga and live music takes relaxation to the next level—think of it as meditation on surround sound.

Lisa will lead a slow, rhythmic yoga flow designed to melt away tension, calm the mind, and make you feel like a glowing ball of serenity. Expect blissful breathing exercises, mindful insights, and the gentle encouragement to let go (of stress, not balance—though no promises).

To top it off, Delaware County’s beloved arranger/composer will perform a live sacred music set, ensuring your journey to inner peace comes with the perfect soundtrack.

Bonus: Extra Chill Time

After class, guests can soak in the good vibes, chat with fellow yogis, or simply bask in their newfound enlightenment teahouse.

Yoga already does wonders—improving flexibility, posture, and strength—but when paired with music, it’s like giving your practice a VIP upgrade. Physically, you’ll move better; mentally, you’ll feel calmer; and emotionally, you’ll be floating somewhere between “completely at peace” and “accidentally fell asleep in Savasana.”

Lisa Werny – Yoga Instructor & Spiritual Teacher

A Yoga Alliance-certified RYT since 2007, Lisa Werny has been sharing her expertise in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for over a decade. Before opening her own yoga and wellness studio in October 2021, she taught in both studio and corporate settings, guiding individuals toward balance and well-being. As a dedicated spiritual teacher, Lisa’s true passion lies in fostering connection and helping others heal.

Caryn Lin – New Age Electric Violinist & Composer

A classically trained electric violinist and composer, Caryn Lin has been pushing the boundaries of sound effects and electronic music since 1987. Her mesmerizing compositions blend intergalactic tones with enchanting melodies, transporting listeners to a realm of imagination and soulful inspiration.

Because of the limited seating and small group dynamic of this workshop, we will not be offering refunds or accommodations  for missed attendance. You are welcome to give your ticket to a friend or family member and we will verify the purchaser’s name at check in. 

This class is mainly for adults, but parents are welcome to join with their teenage children. Mature teens may attend as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Tickets are required for all participants.
